Solids Handling Upgrades, GHD Consulting Services, Inc.

Construction management support services for the solids handling upgrades at the Oneida County Sewer District, including uploading reports into an internet-based tracking system, providing documentation management, and field oversight. 

Supporting the associated Force Main upgrades, including oversight of the jack and bore of the subsurface to support the force main.

Construction observation support services for the Village of Yorkville, C12 Sewer Rehabilitation which includes cured-in-place lining (full length between manholes), lateral connection repairs (grouting, cured-in-place lining), cured-in-place spot liners, mainline pipe joint pressure testing and grouting, drilling and grouting of manholes – pipe seal/channel/wall, open-cut spot repairs, sanitary sewer lateral cleaning and televising, sanitary sewer main line cleaning and televising, manhole frame and cover adjustments, installation of new manholes, restoration, and infiltration and inflow assessment via acoustic metering.

US Environmental Protection Agency – Regions 2 & 5, Toeroek Associates, Inc.

Tecumseh Products Site, Tecumseh, MI - Supporting evaluation of the Corrective Measures Plan and associated extent of contamination presentation, risk assessment, source leaching assessment, land use controls, and remedy assessment. Off-site vapor intrusion impacts required vapor mitigation systems in homes where indoor air samples showed vapor intrusion impacts.

Former Hovensa Facility, Virgin Islands/Former Union Carbide Facility, Puerto Rico/Former Port Mobil Facility, New York City, NY - Supporting evaluation of the remedy demonstration for 100% design, construction quality assurance plan, and operation and maintenance plan for the implementation of natural source zone depletion remedies for sites in the US Territories of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands and the NYS Port Mobil site. Includes assessing community outreach.

Perform the wetland delineation, jurisdictional determination, and a plant and habitat assessment for the Skyline Drive development in Rome, NY.

Commercial Property Phase I Assessments

Perform ASTM-compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for commercial sites at properties in Oneida County, including a parcel on the former Griffiss Air Force Base along Brooks Road in Rome, NY, and a previously remediated subdivided parcel in New Hartford, NY.

Village of Ravena/ Village of Mechanicsville, Barton & Loguidice Engineers 

Provide construction inspection and field engineering services for drinking water lines upgrades in the greater Albany area installed via horizontal directional drilling. 

Coordinate with lead engineer to relay constructability issues and propose suggested resolutions to the project engineer for approval while collaborating closely with municipal representatives, NYS DOT engineers, and contractor representatives. 

Our staff met the NYS DOT requirements to be certified as Key Staff responsible for traffic issues associated with projects subject to NYS DOT requirements.
